Korvia Consulting has been serving teachers, public schools, and other institutes in South Korea since 2006. Our mission is to provide the best quality ESL recruiting service possible for all of our clients as well as set a new precedent in service offered for those wishing to work and find teaching positions in South Korea.

Korvia would like to provide interview environment conditions applicants expect, however due to office space limitations, this is not currently possible. Interviews with Korvia are however kept confidential and your responses are isolated to being between only you and your recruiter at the time of the interview.

Korvia has also recently encountered some technical difficulties regarding interview sound quality as well as connection quality. We are currently looking into the problem and will find a solution as soon as possible.

Political factors as well as budget constraints have also led to an increased competitiveness for candidates wishing to find positions in South Korean public schools and institutes. Therefore, Korvia is not always able to find a position for every candidate. Recruiters at Korvia try to not only find a position for a particular teaching candidate, but also try to find the best match and position for both the candidate as well as the school. Recruiters will try their best to accommodate, adequately prepare, and provide equal attention to those that are eligible and qualified to teach English in South Korea, however candidates must also be aware of the market conditions that exist presently.

In an effort to better serve our clients, Korvia holds continual workshops where we work on improving Korvia’s service as a whole. We are currently making the best efforts possible to serve you and we thank you for all your hard work as well as perseverance through the process to become an English teacher in South Korea.
