It is a great honor to announce that Korvia Consulting has been selected by the Jeonbuk (Jeollabuk-do) office of education to recruit Native English Teachers for the Jeonbuk EPIK program. The Jeonbuk province is in the south-west costal area of Korea and includes cities such as Jeonju, Muju, Gunsan, etc.

Cities in the province are all very well known historical and tourist places in South Korea. If your main goal teaching in Korea is to learn about Korean culture and history, this is the perfect place for you!

Jeonbuk EPIK Program Benefits

  • Salary: 2,200,000 KRW – 2,700,000 KRW
  • Entrance Allowance: 1,300,000 KRW
  • Settlement Allowance: 300,000 KRW
  • Exit Allowance: 1,300,000 KRW
  • Rural Allowance (if placed in a rural area): 100,000 KRW /month
  • Rotation Allowance (if you rotate to other school): 100,000 – 150,000 KRW
  • Severance Allowance: 2,200,000 – 2,700,000 KRW
  • Medical Insurance: 50% Contribution
  • National Pension: 50% Contribution
  • Teaching Hours: 22 Hours Per Week
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00AM to 6:00PM)
  • Paid Vacation: 18 Days
  • Paid Sick Leave: 11 Days
  • Accommodation: Single Housing or Housing Allowance (400,000 KRW)
