The following documents are required to submit an application to EPIK to obtain an interview for a particular intake. Files must be completed digitally and sent via email to your Korvia recruiter.

  • EPIK Online Application Form
  • Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (Scanned file)
  • Passport Sized Photo (Digital file)
