By making a reservation with KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY, you agree to adhere to the rules and conditions applicable. It is important to read the rules for the specific fares that you intend to book with KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY

General Introduction

KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY shall not be liable for the failure of travel service suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators and consolidators to perform the services offered by such suppliers. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY, in providing travel management services, does not guarantee or ensure the services to be provided by any supplier, the financial position of such suppliers or the reimbursement to you from any loss experienced as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. In the event that a supplier defaults prior to providing the service to you for which payment has been made, the sole recourse for refund shall be with the defaulting supplier, from insurance covering such defaults if any or from other responsible third parties unless such was caused by KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY.
In those situations in which a supplier defaults prior to providing services you may pursue any recourse against the supplier for refund, which may be permitted by law or statute. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY warrants that it provides the highest standards of service in the trade and will use appropriate care in selecting suppliers so as to protect you from such default.
Except as expressly stated herein, KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY assumes no responsibility for actions relating to travel services beyond the control of KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY or its employees. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, non performance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any supplier of Travel products. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in schedule or equipment or accommodations for any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.

KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY has no control over and assumes no liability for the actions of the suppliers from whom it obtains Travel products. Our service fee may vary depending on a number of factors, including the market conditions, the amount of savings we pass on to you, the time and effort we spend on locating the tickets you request at the best prices, upgrades applied if any, your form of payment, etc.)

Discounts offered may vary depending on a number of factors including Airlines utilized, class of service, destination, time of year (Low, mid or High Season), advance notice provided, minimum stay requirements fulfilled and flight load.

All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to change without notice. Advance purchase, eligibility, seating, or other limitations travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, and/or wait listing restrictions, reservation validation limitations of up to one year (if any extension permitted, penalties/restrictions may apply); and/or other conditions/restrictions availability. A reservation is not complete until confirmed/ticketed. To protect our customers, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided to us is accurate and that your debit/charge will be accepted. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change. We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or any other charges that may occur during our verification process. At times when the fare selected is not available an approval code may have been taken on your provided credit card, if the transaction is not completed the approval code may block the available credit for a time period until the credit card issuer or the bank removes the block.

It is your responsibility who has booked with us to review and reconfirm passenger names, travel dates, flight numbers, airlines, routing including any airport changes are in accordance and acceptance of the passenger. If you discover any discrepancy or you don’t agree, you are requested to immediately contact KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY over the phone not over 4 hours from the time booking is made.

If we don’t hear from you within 4 hours we shall consider the booking you have made is acceptable to you and is final. We don’t hold any liability thereafter for any changes whatsoever.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, and without liability, to terminate your access to all or part of the Web site, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

Indemnification

All Users of this Web site agree to protect and indemnify KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above; or by third parties as a result of your breach of these Web Site Terms, Conditions and Notices or the documents referenced herein; your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or your use of this Web site.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) or American dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY will quote the best price available at the time of booking based on the travel dates requested.

Fares are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY cannot guarantee that any price reductions announced by its suppliers will be available to bookings previously booked and ticketed.

KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY reserves the right to change prices in the event of any price revision by the applicable supplier that is beyond the control of ORANGE TRAVE.

This includes, but is not limited to: 1) the fares that were wrongfully quoted due to a system error; 2) fuel surcharge due to the price of fuel; 3) currency exchange rate fluctuations; or 4) government taxes or levies.

Taxes And Other Additional Fees

Air ticket prices quoted are subject to various charges and taxes not shown such as the following but not limited to: Fuel Surcharges, NAV Canada Surcharge, Insurance Surcharge, Air Passengers Security Charge, Airport Improvement Fees, Federal & Provincial Sales Taxes and additional destination based Tran border & International Taxes & Fees. The exact amounts may vary by destination and routing. Not all taxes are available for prepayment at time of booking. In addition, passengers are responsible for any increase, new taxes or mandatory fees that may be imposed prior to or at time of ticket issuance.

Taxes displayed at the time of the quotation are approximate. They are calculated according to the most direct itinerary between the departure city and the destination. Taxes change according to the itinerary, the carrier, the reservation date and the departure date. Taxes are only confirmed at the time of ticketing..

For certain international destinations, addition passenger’s duty or departure tax may be assessed upon departure. This is the passenger’s own responsibility if it is not included in the payment and not previously collected by KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY upon purchase of the ticket.

Our Processing & Service Fees

In order to serve you better and for costs of customer service, quality control, Fulfillment, and other related services, we charge a fee from $50 – $150.00 CAD/USD, depending on the type of service required. These fees are always NON – REFUNDABLE. This assures a quality product as we strive to provide you with the finest level of service and pricing.

Children Fares

Tickets will not be sold to unaccompanied minors age 18 and under. Tickets may be purchased for minors age 18 and under; however, they must be accompanied by an adult when traveling.

Child rates typically apply to children 2 – 11 years of age; however, the applicable ages may vary by airline. Infant rates typically applies to 0 – 2 years of age and generally travel for free within North America but could be subject to a 10% adult charge but do not guarantee a seat for the infant on any airline. Combination of infant/child discounts is permitted where the passenger is to surpass 24 months of age prior to completion of their journey. In such case, a seat will be provided only for the return itinerary. Net calculated is 1/2 of the applicable infant fare plus 1/2 of the applicable child fare.

Payments

KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY must receive full payment before the option period expires in order to guarantee the reservation. We highly recommend that full payment be made well in advance to allow time for processing. A guarantee of payment by the purchaser is an acceptance of the travel arrangements as requested at the total price quoted. Cancellation charges will apply if the purchaser subsequently decides to cancel after a ticket has been issued. Failure to comply with the above payment requirements will result in the automatic cancellation of the subject booking.

All bookings are subject to the following Apply Payment / Ticketing Hours as follows:

Credit Card

If the credit card is declined at the time of processing your transaction, we will make all efforts to notify you by way of an email message within 3 business days. The transaction will not be processed if your credit card is declined for any reasons. The fare is not guaranteed until the time of ticketing.

Additional Credit Card payment terms

  1. All credit cards must have verifiable US or Canadian billing address.
  2. If there is any issue with the Credit card provided, we will notify you within 24 normal business hours upon receipt of your ticketing order.
  3. Submitting the Credit Card does not automatically guarantee Ticket issuance of the booking order.
  4. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY bears no responsibility in the event KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY does not charge your Credit card. There can be a number of reasons for which credit card may not have been charged by KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY. For example, airlines have not confirmed the booking, the fare has increased since payment information is submitted, insufficient funds available in the credit card etc.
  5. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY uses stringent safety measures for credit card payment processing. Fraudulent transactions if any, are reported to Airport Security, Airlines and other Federal and Provincial organizations.
  6. You agree to be liable for any and all credit card payments disputes or other problems such as Fraud made to us or the supplier.
  7. Credit card transactions are authorized by the user’s accepting terms and conditions.


Cancellations Or Changes

Most fares carry cancellation charges. These charges may vary from 10% to 100% of the ticketed value. All air tickets must be returned to KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY prior to the first departure date or date specified by the airline in order to qualify for any applicable refund. Please check with KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY for more details.

Any change made to the itinerary is restricted. Most of our air tickets/hotels/cars/packages products do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed.

Most fares carry a change fee after tickets have been issued. These charges are imposed by the airlines and that fee may vary depending on the type of fare being purchased. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY will charge a service fee and above the charges levied by the airline. Change fees are fully non-refundable and non-insurable. Rebooking may not be applicable due to Airline stipulated advance purchase and ticketing deadlines. Please note that not all fares types permit changes after ticket issuance.

At times even after the confirmation of a reservation the fare may change, we will notify you of any fare changes and we do not assume any responsibility – financial or otherwise for any such fare changes. We will notify you of the new fare and at that point, you may either cancel or still purchase the product at the new cost.

Refunds

Refunds for any unused air tickets or portions cannot be guaranteed, nor can the price or value of any unused air ticket be exchanged. Refund will be made less any applicable late cancellation and refund service fees that may be applicable.

All our tickets, hotels and fees are generally non-refundable. At times if you have applied for a refund with us, we do not guarantee the time period it may take for the refunds to be processed.

Airlines

All flight times are subject to change with or without prior notice to the passenger or KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY. It is the responsibility of the individual passenger to reconfirm all flight times with each airline prior to departure. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY does not accept liability for missed connections nor any expenses resulting from any delayed, rescheduled, oversold or cancelled flights. We recommend that you or your passenger to reconfirm flights at least 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights (72 hours for flights to the USA and international destinations).

Seats are generally allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis at the time of check-in at an airport on the day of departure or by contacting the airline directly or online. Certain tickets with specific booking classes might permit advanced seat selection. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Baggage allowance varies by airline, routing and the type of ticket being purchased. This information is available when the applicable ticket is issued.

When there are more than two airlines involved for connecting flights then the passenger may have to re-claim his/ her luggage at the Connecting Airport and check in again for onward journey. In such cases, please be advised that the passenger might be assessed twice for excess baggage or additional fees, for each airline.

All airline tickets issued by our suppliers are non-transferable and valid only for the specific passenger with a name as appeared on the ticket and for the dates and routings shown on the tickets.

Many of our discounted tickets do not allow for Frequent Flyer Mileage Accrual and KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY does not participate in, or redeem points in any airline frequent flyer programs. However, if provided, KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY will be pleased to relay the passenger frequent flyer member number to the applicable supplier for credit at their discretion.

Travel Documents/ Charges

All passengers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, complying with customs, regulations, obtaining insurance, and for making themselves aware of and complying with the laws of place to which they are traveling. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY is not responsible for any immigration charges, fees or penalties that may be imposed by government agency or entity.

Please ensure that the traveling passenger obtain the correct documentation at his/ her own expense based on nationality and citizenship. A valid passport or proof of citizenship is required for re-entry into the country. In some cases, special documentation is required for unaccompanied minors and for single parents travelling with children. In the event such required documentation cannot be presented to government officials/ airline personnel, a passenger may be denied boarding by the airline or refused entry into the country of transit or destination. A criminal record can also lead to denial of entry or passage to a certain destination.

KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY is not responsible for passengers who are denied boarding or entry. Full cancellation penalties on tickets issued apply to all passengers denied boarding or entry into another country. KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY’s sale of tickets does not imply any guarantee of passenger’s ability to enter the country of destination. Passenger understands that KORVIA PARTNER TRAVEL AGENCY accepts no responsibility for determining passenger‘s eligibility to enter any specific country.
