EPIK Arrival – Spring 2026

We ask all applicants to stay safe and be extra careful, especially the few weeks before boarding your flight.

K-ETA is also NOT required, as you will have a visa for entry. K-ETA is only required for passengers without visas.

Spring 2026 Arrival – Main Intake

When your flight arrangements have been confirmed, please inform the Korvia EPIK team of your flight details with your full name, flight number, and date & time of arrival at Incheon International Airport (ICN) Terminal 2.

Arrival Date: Thursday, February 19th before 4PM in KST (Subject to change)

Shuttle bus: TBA

Orientation Venue: TBA

**If you are going directly to the orientation venue, please inform us ahead of time.

Date: February 19th

Time: Between 08:00–18:00 KST* (arrival time)

*Your flight must arrive before 04:00PM (16:00). If you cannot find a flight for you to arrive the day of by this time, we recommend arriving the day before and staying at a nearby hotel.

Incheon International Airport (ICN) Terminal 2 (Not Terminal 1).

If you miss the free buses that EPIK provides, you will have to take a taxi to the orientation venue, which will be VERY expensive.

When boarding the taxi, please show the driver the following note:
