EPIK Arrival – Spring 2026
We ask all applicants to stay safe and be extra careful, especially in the few weeks before boarding your flight.
All teachers must fill out the new e-Arrival form no earlier than 3 days before their arrival in Korea: https://www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr/portal/main/index.do
This replaces the paper immigration form that you would normally fill out on the airplane.
K-ETA is not required, as you will have a visa for entry. K-ETA is only required for passengers without visas.
Spring 2026 Arrival – Main Intake

When your flight arrangements have been confirmed, please inform the Korvia EPIK team of your flight details with your full name, flight number, and date & time of arrival at Incheon International Airport (ICN) Terminal 2.
Arrival Date: Thursday, February 19th before 12PM in KST (Subject to change). If you cannot get a flight that arrives before noon on the 19th, you must get a flight that arrives on the 18th and sort out accommodations for the night.
