EPIK Final Documents
Candidates must submit a completed online EPIK application form (since Spring 2020), printed out, and signed with an ink pen. The EPIK application form must also have the sample lesson plan and personal essay attached.

National Level Criminal Record Check (Apostilled)
An apostilled national-level criminal record check is required to apply to EPIK. It is recommended that after obtaining the CRC you photocopy it in case the Korean Consulate asks to see it when you apply for your visa. Two (2) Sets of SEALED University Transcripts
The University Transcript sets must be SEALED and opening them will invalidate them from being accepted by EPIK. We recommend that you order at least 4 sets so that you may open one set to check that the above stated information is included. For more information please visit the University Transcripts Guide.
Photocopy of TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate
EPIK requires two original ink-signed letters of recommendation from academic professors or previous employers regarding your work ethic and abilities. For more information, please visit the Letters of Recommendation Guide.
Two (2) Passport Sized Photos
Photocopy of Passport Info Page
Candidates applying to EPIK will need to submit a photocopy of your passport’s info page that includes your photo and background information. The passport will also need to be valid for at least the amount of time you will be in Korea. For more information please visit the Passport Info Page Guide.
**Proof of English-Medium Education Letters (South African/Quebec/Int'l School Only)
Those who are from SA or who received education in Quebec or Int’l Schools must submit original proof of schooling letters to verify that the medium of education was English from grades 7-12.
