This countdown helps incoming EPIK teachers see how much time is left before Korea. EPIK has confirmed Fall 2026 check-in for Wednesday, August 19, 2026 — teachers gather at Incheon Airport Terminal 2 and take the official shuttle bus to the orientation venue.

The timer counts down to EPIK check-in day in Korea Standard Time. Register from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Terminal 2, Arrivals Floor (1F), Desk 53-54; plan to land by 4:00 PM. The last regular shuttle leaves at 6:30 PM, with one 7:30 PM emergency bus for unexpected delays. The orientation venue remains TBA.
EPIK Spring 2027 applications are open.
The official form is live on Jinhak. EPIK processes applications in the order received, so submit one complete and accurate application. If you want agency support, contact Korvia before creating or submitting the official form. EPIK told partner agencies that review of their Spring 2027 submissions will begin in September.
