Why Korvia

What a Partnership with Korvia Looks Like

Official EPIK Partner

Official Partner of Korea's EPIK (English Program In Korea)

Korvia Consulting is the exclusive recruiting partner for EPIK, Korea's national English education program. We select and place native English teachers across 17 metropolitan and provincial offices of education, including SMOE (Seoul), GEPIK (Gyeonggi), and GOE (Gyeongnam). Our service covers the entire journey — from recruiting and screening to arrival in Korea and on-the-ground settlement support.

Beyond public schools, we connect qualified English-education talent with major education franchise headquarters (Kyowon, Altiora, Creverse, Time Edu) and international schools across Korea.

Korea is home to roughly 30,000 foreign residents on E-2 (foreign-language conversation) visas. Most stay 1–3 years and actively spend on remittances, mobile, travel, housing, insurance, and food. Korvia has built the largest network in this market over the past 20 years.

Korea's Largest Native Teacher Network

Since 2006 we have recruited and placed over 10,000 native English teachers in Korea. They live here, consume locally, and share trusted recommendations inside a tight community.

In-Person Community Access

Every semester we host community events for our teachers. These are direct opportunities for partners to demo products, distribute samples, and meet the community face-to-face.

Owned Online Channels

Reach both prospective and current teachers through Korvia's website and social channels. Partners can be featured naturally via guides, blog posts, and newsletters read across the Korvia teacher community.

Public + Private English Education Talent

We recruit not only for EPIK public-school placements but also for hagwon franchise HQs, international schools, and universities. From screening to visa to landing, we manage it all as a single service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.How do we start a partnership?

Email henry@korvia.com with a short intro to your company and the type of collaboration you have in mind (event sponsorship, co-branded media, a dedicated partner page, product sampling, etc.). We reply within one business day and schedule a short call to align timing and scope.

Q.How is partnership pricing structured?

We don't run fixed packages — proposals are scoped to the collaboration (event booth, online campaign, newsletter feature, dedicated partner detail page, and so on). After the first conversation we send a written proposal and quote, tailored to the audience you want to reach.

Q.How can our brand be seen by Korvia teachers?

Every semester we run in-person events with experience-zone booths, an archived teacher newsletter, co-produced content across Korvia's LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram channels, dedicated partner detail pages at /partners/<brand>, and magazine features. Most partnerships blend two or three of these surfaces.

Q.Which categories is Korvia actively scouting?

Financial services (remittance, banking), telecom (SIM and eSIM), housing and short-term stays, airport transport, insurance and health, food and daily-life services, and education/career tools. We prioritize categories that foreign teachers decide on in their first month in Korea.

Q.How does a service get onto the /partners shortlist?

A service earns a dedicated partner page after passing Korvia's four internal filters: real teacher adoption, English-first workflow, measurably better than the Korean default, and transparent terms. Accurate Biometrics, Sentbe, Kimchi Mobile, Monument Visa, and Korea Travel each cleared these before being listed.

Q.Is there a minimum term?

Semester-length campaigns (3–6 months) are typical; standing partnerships usually renew annually. One-off event sponsorships are welcome too and we adapt the agreement shape to match.

Have an idea we can build together?

If a partnership sounds interesting, drop us a note. We'd love to grab a coffee and talk it through.
