SMOE Application Documents

The following documents are required to submit an application to EPIK to obtain an interview for a particular intake. Files must be completed digitally and sent via email to your Korvia recruiter.

EPIK Online Application Form (EPIK-SEOUL)

Candidates must submit the fully competed Microsoft Word version of the EPIK Application form to their recruiter. The EPIK Application form must also have the Sample Lesson Plan and Personal Essay attached.
