SMOE Teacher Benefits (2026)
Benefits for EPIK teachers placed in Seoul through the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.
SMOE teachers receive the standard EPIK benefits package: free furnished housing in Seoul, settlement allowance, entrance/completion bonuses, and health insurance. Living in Seoul means access to the best public transportation, international amenities, and cultural experiences in Korea — though the cost of living is higher than other regions.
