When you fill out your E-2-2 visa application, the form asks for a Korean address and phone number. Use your Office of Education’s — not EPIK’s. EPIK runs the program, but it is notyour visa sponsor; the provincial or metropolitan Office of Education you’re placed with is. Putting EPIK’s address here is one of the most common mistakes that slows an application down.
This page lists the address and phone number for every EPIK Office of Education, so you can copy the correct one straight onto your form. (Placed at a national school? Your specific school details come from your coordinator instead — see the note at the end.)

These details are drawn from EPIK’s official notice to successful applicants. Offices occasionally relocate or change numbers, so if anything looks off, confirm with your Korvia coordinator before you submit.

Placed at a national school?
If you’re assigned to a national school, your specific school information will be provided by your coordinator or agency directly — use those details on your form instead of an Office of Education address.
Once you have the correct address and phone number, the next question is where they go on the application. Our guide to applying for the E-2-2 visa at your Korean consulate walks through the full form, and our E-2 visa guide covers the documents you’ll need. For the bigger picture, see the EPIK process timeline.
