Korvia's EPIK Fall 2026 application officially closes on May 15, 2026. If you still want to teach with EPIK after this date, you can apply directly through EPIK's website. If you would like Korvia's help — application reviews, interview prep, and document guidance — submit a Korvia application now and our team will contact you in July to begin the Spring 2027 intake process.
Thank you to everyone who applied for the EPIK Fall 2026 cohort through Korvia 💙. We've been delighted by the response, and our team has been working closely with each of you on your documents, interviews, and placement preferences.
As we move into the final stage of the Fall 2026 process, we want to make sure prospective teachers understand what happens next — and what your options are if you haven't yet submitted an application.
What's changing on May 15
On May 15, 2026, Korvia will officially close new applications for the EPIK Fall 2026 intake. After this date, Korvia will no longer accept new Fall 2026 EPIK candidates. This deadline does not affect anyone who has already submitted a Korvia application — your placement process continues as normal, and your assigned coordinator remains your point of contact.
If you haven't applied yet — your options
You still have three clear paths forward, depending on your timeline and how much support you want during the process.
Apply with Korvia by May 15
Submit your Korvia application before the May 15 cutoff and we'll process you for the Fall 2026 cohort with full support — application review, interview prep, and document guidance.
Apply with Korvia →Apply directly to EPIK
If you miss the May 15 deadline but still want to teach in Fall 2026, you can apply directly through EPIK's website. You'll handle the application, interview, and documents on your own.
Open EPIK website →Wait for Spring 2027 with Korvia
Submit a Korvia application now and our team will contact you in July 2026 to begin the Spring 2027 intake process — full support included from day one.
Submit for Spring 2027 →Why we close ahead of EPIK's own window
Korvia's recruiter timeline runs ahead of EPIK's official application window because we need time to review documents thoroughly, coach candidates through interviews, and coordinate placements with the Korean Ministry of Education. Closing on May 15 gives our team the runway to do this well for every Fall 2026 candidate already in process.
For Fall 2026 candidates already in process
Nothing changes for you. Continue working with your assigned Korvia coordinator on outstanding documents — apostilled FBI background check, sealed transcripts, health statement — and watch your inbox for visa-prep webinar invitations and orientation logistics.
If you have a specific question about your file, reach out to your coordinator directly or contact our team.
A note of thanks
Every Korvia cohort starts with a leap of faith — packing up your life, choosing a new country, and trusting a recruiter you've only met online. Thank you for trusting us with your EPIK Fall 2026 journey. Whether you joined this cohort or you're reading this thinking about Spring 2027, we're glad you're here.
