I attended two colleges, however, all credits from both colleges appear on my the transcript from the college I graduated from. Is this okay? Or do i need to request transcripts from both colleges?

If all your previous academic history (including the name of courses and grades) is stated on your final transcripts, you don't need to get transcripts from both colleges. We suggest you take a look at your unofficial transcripts and see if it's all there, if you have access to it.
