The Seoul Immigration Office is scheduled to move from Mokdong to Munjeong-dong in October 2026. Check your office and current address before visiting.
What is changing?
The Seoul Immigration Office is scheduled to move from 151 Mokdongdong-ro in Yangcheon-gu to a new government building in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, in October 2026. The official office page and regional directory checked on 2026-08-10 still listed the Mokdong address.
The public notices reviewed for this article do not state the first service day or final road-name address. The project site listed in the new-building notice is not a confirmed visitor address.
What should you check before an appointment?
- Confirm the assigned office. Use the official regional directory to check which immigration office has jurisdiction.
- Check the reservation record. Open the HiKorea reservation status or receipt and confirm which office the appointment is for.
- Confirm the current address. Shortly before leaving, check the official Seoul office page or call the Immigration Contact Center at 1345.
Do not change or cancel an existing appointment based only on this article. Confirm the assigned office and that office's current address first.
HiKorea explains that a visit reservation books a visit date. Read the official visit reservation guide before making or changing a reservation.
When will this notice be updated?
Korvia will update this page after the Seoul Immigration Office officially announces the first service day and final visitor address. Until then, this article uses only the confirmed October 2026 schedule.
