The Hwacheon EduCare (HEC) Program is an after-school English education program at the Hwacheon Community Center (화천 복합커뮤니티센터). A team of 5 native English teachers delivers English classes to local elementary students, starting from phonics for first graders up to reading and conversation for upper grades. Classes run after regular school hours and provide consistent English exposure for children in a rural region with limited private-academy access.
