What Is the HEC Program?
The Hwacheon EduCare (HEC) Program is an innovative after-school English education initiative at the Hwacheon Community Center (화천 복합커뮤니티센터). A team of 5 native English teachers provides full English instruction for local elementary students, starting from phonics for first graders. The program blends immersive English learning with child development, offering a nurturing environment where children can thrive academically and socially — bringing quality English education to every corner of the community.
