EPIK Spring 2023 Pre-OT Webinar – Team 2

Congratulations!! Being an English teacher in Korea is almost a reality! Now, it’s time to prepare to make sure your transition to Korea is as smooth as possible. This webinar will help you prepare for your upcoming journey to Korea.

In previous intakes, Korvia offered an in-person pre-orientation, where teachers and recruiters would gather to meet and greet one another. Since Fall 2020, we switched to an online format due to the circumstances regarding COVID-19. We wish we could see each and every one of you in person, but your safety is a top priority.

This webinar will cover:

1. Tips and tricks on making life in Korea easier!
2. What to expect at the airport and during orientation
3. A Q&A session

This is a MANDATORY WEBINAR for all EPIK SPRING 2023 teachers as this will have important information and help ease the transition into living in Korea. Please watch our Life in Korea video before asking questions during the webinar to ensure things go as smoothly as possible! The video will be sent along with the invitations.

There are 2 separate sessions; 1 for each of the 2 orientation teams. Please ensure that you attend the correct webinar, as we will be discussing information specific to your team’s orientation! 

EPIK (English Program in Korea) is a public school English teaching program in Korea sponsored by the Korean government that places teachers into various cities as well as provinces around South Korea. English Program in Korea is the most inclusive English program in Korea and has the most location choices out of all the public school teaching programs in Korea, spanning across all of South Korea. Applicants have the option of choosing a preference for their location.
