YBM ECC (English Communication Centre, est. 1992) pioneered professionally-operated ESL immersion for children in Korea. The communicative, subject-integrated curriculum delivers Math, Science, Social Studies, and Art entirely in English. The i-Learning blended platform extends class content with homework and self-study tools. 35+ campuses nationwide; morning kindy and afternoon elementary schedules run back-to-back.
YBM textbook series and i-Learning platform content provided. Weekly unit review and conversation activity design 1–2 hrs. Kindy to elementary transitions managed via the blended platform.
Morning Kindergarten 9:50 AM–2:40 PM (content-integrated English); Afternoon Elementary 3:00–6:40 PM (40-min sessions). Salary ₩2.0–2.6M; housing assistance; 4 national insurances and severance.
