LOTIS(Leaders of Tomorrow International School) is an English kindergarten and elementary academy located in Songpa-gu, Seoul. Operating out of its own dedicated 7-storey building with a team of 22 native English teachers, LOTIS has built a well-established curriculum over the years while also giving teachers a high degree of autonomy in the classroom.
The hagwon takes a learner-centered approach to education, encouraging students to monitor their own learning progress and work toward their goals through problem-based, activity-based, and inquiry-based learning, nurturing self-directed learners and creative thinkers.

American CCSS curriculum with 4Cs focus for kindergarten and elementary
LOTIS (Leaders of Tomorrow International School) builds its curriculum on American Common Core State Standards, integrated with Korea's Nuri Curriculum for early childhood. Theme-based interdisciplinary units develop the 4Cs: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration. 22 native English teachers from the US and Canada staff the five-storey facility.
Curriculum framework and theme plans are provided. Teachers develop activity supplements and weekly circle-time materials. Expect 2–3 hours/week prep for young learner differentiation and parent newsletters.
Full school day 8:50 AM – 5:30 PM: morning kindergarten immersion blocks, afternoon subject-integrated English lessons. Reading, writing, speaking, phonics, and pronunciation covered across the day.
