Reading-intensive English immersion (North American curriculum)
Korea Poly School runs a proprietary reading-first curriculum aligned with North American Common Core State Standards and CEFR. Strict English-Only Policy (EOP) — all instruction is in English from drop-off to pick-up. Class sizes are capped at 12 students; kindergarten classes have two teachers. Programs span kindergarten through secondary.
Lessons follow the KPS curriculum binder and Poly Mall textbooks, refreshed quarterly. Expect 2–3 hours/week for student reading assessments, level-progress notes, and parent-facing reports.
Morning kindergarten reading and phonics blocks (90-minute sessions), then after-school elementary and secondary groups until 7–8 PM. Weekly team meetings to align curriculum progress across levels.
