SLP (Sogang Language Programme, est. 1994) grafts 50+ years of Sogang University's English education tradition onto a communicative, integrated hagwon model. Students "think, dream, and act in English" — not just test-focused but authentically fluent thinkers. Proprietary textbook series (Rainbow Bridge, New Hi, Kids) support all levels. Classes capped at 12; 30 hours/week teaching.
Structured curriculum guides and speaking test rubrics provided. Weekly unit prep and conversation activity design ~2 hrs. End-of-term speaking assessments teacher-led.
Morning kindergarten immersion 9 AM–1 PM; afternoon elementary classes 2–6 PM. 60+ franchises nationwide; 20,000 students. Salary ₩2.1–2.3M, furnished housing (fully equipped), return airfare, 50/50 insurance & pension.
