There will be an allowance for the manager and being in charge of the high-level classes You will have an interview with the HQ of DYB Choisun and can be randomly placed. They have several openings in Suwon, Dongtan, Suji, Jukjeon and Jeongja

Dual-teacher circular English — 30,000 students, 30 years (14+ campuses)
DYB Choisun (30+ years) uses a dual-teacher co-teaching model: Korean staff lead reading and listening; native English speakers lead speaking and writing workshops. The Circular System integrates all four skills in each teaching cycle — no isolated skill silos. For middle and secondary students, TOEFL and CSAT English alignment provide clear exam pathways. 100+ native English teachers employed; 30,000+ students nationwide.
Native teachers prepare speaking workshop plans, debate topics, and essay feedback rubrics. Writing marking ~2–3 hrs/week. Clear role division (Korean: grammar/reading; native: speaking/writing) reduces cross-over prep burden.
Elementary speaking and writing groups 2:30–5 PM; middle school TOEFL and essay workshops 5–9 PM. 14+ campuses in Seoul and Gyeonggi. Salary ₩2.3–2.6M + ₩200K incentive; free furnished housing or ₩500K stipend; 11 paid vacation days.
