Callan Institute uses the internationally licensed Callan Method — a rapid-fire question-and-answer drill technique that delivers English at 3–5× the speed of conventional teaching. Students are corrected immediately; fluency is built through rhythmic repetition across 12+ certified levels from beginner to advanced. The Callan Method is used in 25+ countries.
The method is fully scripted — teachers follow the Callan textbook stage by stage. Once trained on-the-job, daily prep is minimal. Focus is entirely on delivery speed, question pacing, and immediate error correction.
Each 50-min class cycles through Reading, Dictation, and Q&A drill sections. Teachers handle 4–7 classes/day across learner levels with maximum 15 students to maintain drill pace.
