Altiora Bupyeong Campus

Altiora ("Let us seek higher things", est. 2017) blends ESL immersion with a gifted education framework through 5 integrated pillars: English Education, Language Schema, Cognition Development, Physical Education, and STEAM/Creative Fusion. Korean co-teachers are present in every classroom; the co-teaching model ensures smooth transitions and language support. IB PYP-aligned inquiry learning, kinetic methods (chants, songs, fantasy books), and periodic international certification evaluations distinguish Altiora from standard hagwons.

Curriculum guides and activity plans are provided. Co-teaching requires ~1–2 hrs/week coordinating with your Korean co-teacher. Cognitive enrichment and STEAM supplements are teacher-designed within the provided framework.

Morning kindergarten immersion blocks, then elementary afternoon slots. Co-teachers handle Korean language support — native teachers focus on English-only instruction. Salary ₩2.5–2.8M, 4 insurances, flight support, and ongoing professional development.
