Thank you for all of the work you put into for my job application. You organized two job interviews for me while I was in Korea.  You gave me guidance when I called and were always helpful.  I would not have my current teaching position if it were not for your professionalism and dedication. I'm sorry that this was the most difficult year of recruiting for you, but that is only a testament to your ability.I look forward to shaking your and on Saturday.  It will be great to thank you in person.
