My relationship with Ann started when my girlfriend signed up with Korvia after dealing with several other recruiters and recruiting agencies. She mentioned that we would like to teach in Korea together and, while we knew we couldn't teach at the same school, we still wanted to be reasonably close to each other.

Unlike just about all the recruiters that we mentioned this to, Ann stepped up to the challenge and interviewed us over the phone. I mentioned to her that our criminal background check was going to expire in a month and, to my surprise, she promised us that she would find us a position before it expired. And she did!

Most recruiters either did not even contact us back, tried to aggressively place us into the one position that they had available, or not give us a choice at all. Ann was the only one that actually found us what we were looking for. In fact, she was the only recruiter willing to try. I cannot give her my highest praise and recommendation. In all honesty, I consider Ann the finest recruiter that I have dealt with in Korea as well as the US.
