I would not have got to Korea without the help of Juno. Whenever I had a concern or an issue that I needed help with I could email her and know that I would get a quick response. I had very few problems throughout the entire application process, and it is thanks to Juno’s professionalism and efficiency (as well as understanding my British accent!) that I got a job here. Within 2 months of starting the application process I had myself a job lined up, and that is all because of Juno; and when a clerical error delayed my visa, Juno was able to quickly sort out the problem.
