No. Teaching visas (E2) are issued by immigration for just one calendar year. Finding, placing, training and providing for a new teacher is an expensive process that the school is responsible for. Having to do it more than once or several times a year is financially un-viable for the school board. Also, if a teacher does not complete the contract they are not eligible to receive the contract completion bonus (one month salary) and paid flight ticket home. If you stay less then 6 months you will be responsible for repaying your school for the cost of your flight ticket to Korea.
