First of all, you need to check your current visa status. 1. Making sure of your visa will be valid 2. Making sure of your current employer will issue a letter of release 3. Making sure of your reference of current employer (positive comment)
You need to find a public school where can understand your situation and it is important that you must let your recruiter about your exact current relationship situation of current employer otherwise new employer may decline your application because they found out new issues.
