There are numerous options for filling your fridge at home. Small "mom and pop" shops" are ubiquoitis and exist on every corner in South Korea. These places can keep you rounded out with the basics until you have some time to hit a larger market such as E-Mart, Lotte, or the big daddy Costco. Costco leads the way in (of ourse) bulk purchase as well as availability of western ingredients. Specialty western markets exist and they do an excellent job in stocking harder to find food, vegetables and ingredients though they generally cost more than a larger grocery store.
