Is print dead? NO. It lives in South Korea. You can find two major daily English language publications in South Korea including the domestically published Korea Times and the international edition of the The Korean Herald. These papers cost 700-800 won respectively and can be found at most street vendors and convenient stores throughout the country. Each publication runs five days a week with a weeknd (Sat/Sun) edition printed on Fridays. Each publication also produces an online version of the print copy and runs

 

In larger cities you can find bookstores which stock a large English title section. Kyobo bookstore is the largest chain bookstore in South Korea. You can find NYT Best sellers, classics, periodicals, and weekly editions of major publications from around the world: NY Times, London Tribune, Vanity, Cosmo...
